This marks 4 years I've been with Schatz Orthodontics...and they are just great people.  They know how to make you feel like a person, not just a patient.  I commend them for actually retaining personal information for each one of their hundreds of patients.  After I got my braces off the first time and my teeth shifted a bit, they were more than happy to put braces on again, following a different retainer.  I am forever in their debt for truly promising to do whatever it takes to give you a perfect smile...and my smile is perfect!! Our experience with Dr. Schatz's office has been very positive. At our first meeting he answered all of my questions about treatment and cost and even provided a written breakdown for us to take and review. He was clear and direct about his recommendations. Since we started treatment, we have been extremely happy with the process. Dr. Schatz offers early-morning appointments and is very considerate about trying to minimize school absences and accommodate patients' schedules. The office is friendly and very pleasant yet professional and hardworking. It is efficient without seeming chaotic. There is always someone available to answer my questions. Overall, an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I will continue to recommend Dr. Schatz to everyone.

I like that Dr. Schatz waits until the right time to put braces on. I also liked that there weren’t many uncomfortable “contraptions” to deal with.

We love our visits to see Dr. Schatz because we feel like we’re “on vacation” with the tropical setting and sunny, warm personalities of the staff. I currently have a 15 year old in braces, and with her busy school, athletic, choir schedule, I have had to change many of her appointment times in the past year. The office staff is the best there is. They go above and beyond to meet my needs as well as my daughters. I am getting ready to put my 12 year old in braces as well, and would never think of going to another Orthodontic Group. Truly exceptional service and excellent care!

As a mature adult and president of an emerging medical technology company, interacting with professional’s day in and day out, I was faced with the prospect of wearing braces again in order to have veneers placed on my two front teeth which had become chipped over time. The benefits of having my beautiful smile restored were compelling, so I starting researching which orthodontist could meet my requirements. You may not have been aware of the criteria upon which I based my decision, so I share it with you now. I was looking for an orthodontist and a team which could demonstrate to me the following characteristics: a consummate professional, experienced with the latest technology and equipment, experienced and had a track record with the Invisalign product, provided excellent quality of care, had a likeability factor along with a sense of humor, reasonably priced and a professional staff who could cheerfully cater to my dynamic and changing schedule. In an environment where attention to patient needs seems to be greatly lacking, I found that you and your team are reintroducing customer service. What a concept! Our pediatric dentist recommended Dr. Bates for orthodontic care. When we came in for our complimentary exam we confidently chose them to treat our children. When Dr. Schatz joined the practice, we knew that he would provide for our kids with the same care and outstanding skills. He currently provides orthodontic care for all three of our daughters.
